Here are a few suggestions for you that helps me in my balancing act:
1. Finding Your Rhythm:
Firstly, it's crucial to respect your unique pace. I cannot deny that sometimes I felt that many of my fellow artists seemed to effortlessly balance their life. But then I realized, my journey is my own. Taking it one brushstroke at a time, we can find our rhythm.
2. Time Management: Your Best Friend
Effective time management is key. I used to think I needed long stretches of uninterrupted time to create. However, I've learned to seize small pockets of time, like during my kids' nap times, school hours or late at night when everyone has gone to sleep. A well-rested and rejuvenated homemaker is a creative one!
3. Involve the Family
Incorporating your family into your creative process can be rewarding. My youngest loves to help me pick out colors for my paintings, while my older kids enjoy brainstorming ideas for our next art project. It not only keeps them engaged but also strengthens our bond.

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to overlook your achievements.
